Select the letter you’d like & how many stars
Enter the text as you’d like it shown on the letter & stars in the ‘Other Special Information’ section in your cart. i.e
Letter Daddy,

If you'd like a custom colour please also add this to the 'Other Special Information' section

DELIVERY INFO
Please take note of my current processing time before checkout, as each item is handmade to order and made to high quality standards.
All items are shipped Royal Mail standard second class post, however I do offer royal mail special delivery upgrade which is guaranteed next day 1pm. Please note that my processing times still stand it is the postage that is next day. Please contact me if you need your order processed quicker than my standard 5-10 working days. 

PRODUCT CARE
All my items are handmade to order, so every item is unique. Please do take care when removing from packaging. All items should be kept away from direct heat. Hand wash only with warm soapy water. Do Not Scrub as this may damage the writing.

REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, as this is a personalised item, I do not accept returns. However, if there has been an error on my part or the item has been damaged during delivery, then please let me know as soon as you have received your order and I will offer a replacement or refund.
