All items are shipped Royal Mail standard second class post, however I do offer royal mail tracked 24 upgrade. Please note that my processing times still stand it is the postage that is next day. Please contact me if you need your order processed quicker than my standard 5-10 working days. Special delivery can be added to your order by adding the link below to your order.
PRODUCT CARE
All my items are handmade to order, so every item is unique. Please do take care when removing from packaging. All items should be kept away from direct heat. Hand wash only with warm soapy water. Do Not Scrub as this may damage the writing.
REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please return the item in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that return postage is payable by yourself.
