DESIGN PROOF
For Personalised items I send a proof of the design which needs to be checked and confirmed is correct before I make your order. This will be sent via email. However if I do not receive conformation the proof is correct after 7 days then I will go ahead and make the item in order to keep within my processing & dispatch times.

DELIVERY INFO
Please take note of my current processing time before checkout, as each item is handmade to order and made to high quality standards.
All Wedding Stationary orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please note this is 48 hours from dispatch not for time of order. Each Magnet is Laser cut & engraved from 3mm Basswood.

PRODUCT CARE
All my items are handmade to order, so every item is unique. Please do take care when removing from packaging. All items should be kept away from direct heat.

REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, as this is a personalised item, I do not accept returns. However, if there has been an error on my part or the item has been damaged during delivery, then please let me know as soon as you have received your order and I will offer a replacement or refund.
